Jagruti was arrest and she had to stay at the Byculla Jail for nine months. As an obvious result, she could feel mental and physical distress in those years. She was grant bail in 2012 and the case was taken over by CBI in future. Vora finally established his innocence after a long trial in the year 2018 because the state failed to present sufficient evidence.
